{Tycho is stood behind Gabe with his arms crossed, looking away. Gabe is stood at the podium wearing a top hat.}
Gabe: It's taken months of planning, preparation, and dedication on the part of our city contractors.

{Tycho places his head in his hand. Gabe clenches his fist and raises it in the air.}
Gabe: Through careful zoning, we're proud to say that your homes form the shape of a truly epic wing-wong.
- Panel 3
{Tycho turns around and puts a noose around his neck, holding the noose himself. Gabe holds his arms out to his sides.}
Gabe: You might not be able to see it from where you live. But I assure you: From my private jet, or even from my fortress atop Mount Gabriel, it is plain to see that your homes make up a gigantic, mile-and-a-half ding-a-ling.
