Box: Part of it isn't even the games' fault. They have the bad luck to exist in a time where publishers need to release one billion screenshots - per minute - to even register in the age of instant media.
Box: We went from news once a month to news every five minutes. It might be more efficient, but there's value in a little mystery from time to time.

Box: I'm glad that games have so many more mip-maps now, because they're great. But the people behind many titles we see today are visibly drunk on technology, trying to bump map the toy instead of making it more fun. Trying to interpolate the toy's animations, instead of asking themselves if they have made a toy worth playing with, let alone buying.
