Box: A strange storm churns on the horizon.
Box: A portent!
Box: Johnathan Gabriel doesn't know it - but this tiny arcade is at the corner of 24th and destiny.

{Scene change. Arcade machine is electrocuting Gabe. Only Gabe's arm is visible.}
- Panel 3
{Gabe is seen being electrocuted by purple electricity. Box at top.}
Box: The skee-ball machine of fate released five tickets that day - tickets that Johnathan Gabriel could dedeem at the front counter of justice.
Gabe: What's... Happening to me? Body... Seized by some strange energy!
- Panel 4
{Scene change. Gabe and Tycho are stood facing each other. Gabe is looking at his hands.}
Gabe: And that's when I knew I'd been given these powers for a reason.
Tycho: Which powers? I was there. You were standing in a puddle of Pepsi and got shocked by an arcade machine.
Gabe: But, for a reason, though.
